I thought id share a sighting with you I had near Douglas Avenue last week where I saw a Fox sneak across a field where the local birds started to protest to its presence. Then this strange squawking noise came from one of the trees Two Ringed Necked Parakeets took to the sky and mobbed the fox until it disappeared in the undergrowth. Yes we have Parakeets getting well established in this area of Exmouth. The last count was 6 confirmed so keep a lookout for the invasion of the Ringed Necked Parakeets.
